Got up and ran cut-down mile repeats on the track with Tom, Tim, Tim, Vaughn and Josh at 5:30 this morning. Each repeat intended to be half marathon pace, shave off seconds after each one with a one minute recovery. Ran 1.5 mile warmup, then ran repeats on WW MS track in 6:11,5:55,5:56 (oops), 5:50,5:48. First time I've ever done that workout. Ran 4 mile cooldown afterward. Temp nice and cool 71.
This evening ran 5x600m w/ Austin's CC team to pace the 6:00 pace group (2:07,2:11,2:12,2:12,2:06) w/ 1/4 mile warmup on the track.
