This run on the treadmill sucked. 4 miles in 34:16. Had to cut it "down" from 8 minute pace. Legs are just too sore from the 1000s on Tuesday. Have 6" of snow on the ground and just not dealing with that. Last time it snowed it made me sore for almost a week. Ran in the new Mizuno's which I still don't like, but trying to wean off of the low heel-to-toe drop Kinvaras. I'd have to say that my calfs feel tons better already though. Gonna bail on Saturday's trail race as it's supposed to warm up and be a snowy/muddy mess.
