Ran from Rose-Hulman to Red Fox sub and ran 5x1000m in not too bad of times (4:24,4:10,4:06,3:56,3:59). Almost bailed after three. It's been several months since I did speed work. Kinda cooked the legs on the fourth one. Temp tolerable, 28 and a little breezy. This was supposed to be an 8x200m workout, but the legs were completely shot from the weekend runs.
